The Visual Cash Desk

The Visual Cash Desk is a cash register that is a working tool that make's it possible for people that can not read, count or understand moneys value to become a cashier.

The program is as replacement for the ordinary cash desk. It makes the computer to a complete cash register with transaction log. You can ad a receipt-printer, customers display, cahs drawer or a barcode reader to make it work and look as a ordinary cash register.

The program can be adjusted after the users abilitys. The only thing the user have to know is how to compare the screen and the reality. Every user can have there own setup.

Requirement of the computer:

Hardware that manages to run Windows XP
Windows compatible soundcard if you want to use the speech synthesis function (speech synthesis optional).
The number of serial ports depends on what accessories you plan to use, for example: customer display, receipt printer, flexiboard, touch screen and mouse.

Using parallel receipt printers is recommended.
